Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SMK LLC.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the day you received the item to return it for a full refund.

The item must be in the same condition when you received it. It cannot be broken, scratched, or damaged.

The packaging must also be in good condition.

Customer will be responsible for the return cost of shipping unless the product is damaged or malfunctioned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
